Hyatt Regency Birmingham - The Wynfrey Hotel

It was very nice and very convenient for our trip.

We came to Birmingham for a weekend event. The hotel we originally booked was horrific, so I hopped on Booking and was able to grab a room here. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. The valets were absolutely on their jobs. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff handling was friendly. The hotel is connected to the Galleria, so shopping is very convenient. Great location and was within reasonable driving distance to the BJCC which we were in town for. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Birmingham.

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with a great view and the water pressure in the shower (on the 9th floor no less) was just AWESOME!!! The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Tylan was OUTSTANDING! His professional yet friendly demeanor was what I needed after a long road trip! I'd come back just to experience him. He was helpful and patient! He is what customer service is! We need to get back to the basics of good manners and communication in customer service! Kudos for having him on your team! The entire Valet team was just as outstanding. They were quick to pull the car around and open the doors. They remembered me and my son from every trip and were genuinely happy to see us. This crew was easy to communicate with! They understand communication and service! Kudos to this team!
